Spotlight: Eat Cho Food

Kristina Cho, our favorite emerging food blogger and chef is back tomorrow at Foragers Present by popular demand for another dumpling workshop! We can't wait to see what's in store, so in the meantime we've decided to share a bit about her and a link to our favorite Eat Cho Food recipe.

Kristina came to San Francisco by way of Cleveland where she grew up in her family's Chinese restaurant, eating her grandpa's egg rolls and barbecue pork buns. After many years of working in architecture she realized that cooking and baking in between building models was her happy place.

Chopping vegetables is her ideal form of meditation. She loves dumplings, noodles, portable foods (and eating all the samples at farmers markets!) as well as cooking dinner for large groups. Her design passion comes through in her food through colors, texture, and composition and her story telling has attracted the attention of 11K fans (and counting) on Instagram as well as the attention of great culinary brands like Le Creuset and Sur La Table.

We think these vegan shishito pepper and tofu dumplings look amazing. And for all the gluten free folks out there, Kristina also has a wrapper recipe for you!
